Before you order
- Paying
- We confirm your list and total in chat by Friday; pay by PromptPay to lock it in. Unpaid orders are released at 18:00 on Friday.
- Changes & cancelling
- Change or cancel until Thursday's cut-off. After that the dough is already resting, so we can't refund — but a friend can collect for you.
- Missed your slot
- Message us — we'll hold it until the last slot of that day. Uncollected orders aren't refunded.
- Allergies
- Tell us in the notes and we'll suggest suitable items — but it's one shared kitchen, so we can't promise allergen-free.
