Dough rested overnight, laminated with butter in three folds and baked on the morning you collect. Four to a box — three minutes in the oven and they taste just baked.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter, milk, sugar, egg (glaze), yeast, salt

Storing

Best on the day; keeps a day in the box at room temperature, or a month in the freezer.

Warming up

Oven at 170°C for 3–4 minutes (8 from frozen).
